What to wear from barre to brunch
Cool girl moves.
Part of my weekly routine involves working out and endless errands, which includes picking up my kids from school, grocery shopping, grabbing coffee, and going to work. I know many of you have similar schedules and like to get a workout in before the day starts or whenever you have time. With busy schedules, these outfits will transition seamlessly from the gym to the streets and are perfect for casual weekend activities like the farmer’s market, meeting friends for coffee, or traveling. What I love about the looks is that you don't need to change clothes. You just add a few accessories and pieces to elevate your look and like you didn’t just leave the gym. Personally, I just throw my things in a small bag and style myself after my workout, usually in the car. It's as simple as adding an earring, headband, hat, or blazer/top, making it very convenient to do on the go. If you're at the gym, you can easily do this in the locker room. These styled looks are ideal for low-impact workouts where you don't get excessively sweaty and need to change clothes or shower afterward. The goal is to make it effortless and easy for you without compromising the cute factor.
